Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep groove ball bearing consists of four basic components, which are comprised of raceway (inner), outer raceway (outer ring), ball and cage. Under normal operating conditions, the inner raceway, the outer raceway, the ball under load, and the separation from the cage for the ball can keep stability. Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Angular contact ball bearings have raceways in inner and outer rings that are displaced with respect to each other in direction of bearing axis. They are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e. simultaneously acting radial and axial loads. Axial load carrying capacity of angular contact ball bearings increases with increasing contact angle. Contact angle a Is defined as angle between line joining points of contact of ball and raceways in radial plane, along which load is transmitted from one raceway to another and line perpendicular to bearing axis.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Miniature Bearing

For miniature bearings, single-row deep groove radial ball bearings are the most common type of miniature bearings with a wide range of suitable applications. The raceway grooves on both inner and outer rings have circular arcs of slightly larger radius than that of the balls. In addition to radial loads, axial loads can be applied in either direction. Because of their low torque, they can perform high speed operation with low power loss. Miniature bearings and instrument radial ball bearings are made with very high- level precision, therefore they are generally used in applications where accurate rotational performance and low torque is necessary, and load capacity is a secondary issue.

Radial Spherical Plain Bearings

Radial spherical plain bearings have an inner ring with a sphered convex outside diameter and an outer ring with a correspondingly sphered but concave inside surface. Such design makes them particularly suitable for bearing arrangements where alignment movements between shaft and housing should be accommodated, or where oscillating or recurrent tilting or slewing movements must be feasible at relatively slow sliding speeds.

Needle roller bearings

Needle roller bearings are roller bearings with cylindrical rollers that are small in diameter. In spite of their low cross section, needle roller bearings have a high load carrying capacity and are therefore extremely suitable for bearing arrangements where radial space is limited.

Linear Bearings

Linear bearings are used primarily where something needs to be moved along a straight line with high accuracy. In other words, the object needs to only translate in one direction, and possibly move back to its starting position with high repeatability. The three primary types of linear bearings are ball, crossed-roller, and slide bushing.
