Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep groove ball bearing consists of four basic components, which are comprised of raceway (inner), outer raceway (outer ring), ball and cage. Under normal operating conditions, the inner raceway, the outer raceway, the ball under load, and the separation from the cage for the ball can keep stability. Single row deep groove ball bearings to the heart of simple structure, inner and outer rings are not isolated, easy to use, mainly used to bear radial load. It can withstand a certain amount of axial load. Increase the bearing radial clearance, the thrust bearing with the nature of the heart, can bear large axial load. Such bearings may limit the axial movement in both directions. Application: Precision instruments, low noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles, woodworking machinery, textile machinery shaft, mining machinery, electrical equipment, plastic machinery, office equipment, medical equipment, fitness, defense, aviation, aerospace and sports equipment and general machinery, the machinery industry, one of the most widely used class of bearings. Structure: 1. Single row deep groove ball bearings 2. With a dust cover of the single row deep groove ball bearings 3. With a dust cover, single row deep groove ball bearing ring 4. Groove on the outer ring and snap ring Single row deep groove ball bearings Series: 6000; 6200; 6300; 6400;

Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Angular contact ball bearings have raceways in inner and outer rings that are displaced with respect to each other in direction of bearing axis. They are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e. simultaneously acting radial and axial loads. Axial load carrying capacity of angular contact ball bearings increases with increasing contact angle. Contact angle a Is defined as angle between line joining points of contact of ball and raceways in radial plane, along which load is transmitted from one raceway to another and line perpendicular to bearing axis.

Slewing bearings

Slewing bearings can simultaneously support larger combined load including axial load, radial load and tilting moment etc. General slewing bearings have mounting holes, oil holes and sealing apparatus. They can meet categories of main machine operating under various different conditions. In addition, slewing bearing possess the characteristics of compact structure, guiding rotation convenient, easy installation, easy maintenance, and are widely applied to large size slewing equipment in the industries of engineering, mining, metallurgy, wind power generation, vessel, seaport, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, medical appliance, foodstuff, vehicle, robot, aerospace, radar and war industry etc.

Tapered Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings are a unique subset of axial roller bearings in which the rollers are tapered rather than straight right cylindrical. The roller shape allows thrust loads to be withstood in addition to the radial loads. A familiar application for tapered roller bearings is the central hub bearings for automobile wheels. When an auto traverses a turn, the wheels must withstand a significant lateral force, so that tapered roller bearings are necessary. Application: Automotive front, rear, transmission, differential, pinion shaft, spindle, construction machinery, large-scale agricultural machinery, railway vehicles, gear reduction rolling mill roll neck small deceleration devices. Series: 30203-30226 32203-32226 33203-33220 31303-31320 32005-32028 and other inch series.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical roller bearings are separable and easy to mount and dismount. They can be divided into single row, double row and muti-row cylindrical roller bearings. The widely used bearings are cylindrical roller bearings with cage. There are single or double row bearings with a full complement of roller and other bearing arrangements. Cylindrical roller bearings have high radial load carrying capacity and are also suitable for high speeds. This type of bearings is separable. As their rollers linearly come into contact with inner ring and outer ring with less coefficient of friction, these bearings have very good capacity of radial load, suitable for electric motors, automobiles, transmission shafts, gear shafts and so on. Double row cylindrical roller bearings are good at the spindles of machine tools. Specification: N RN NF NU NJ NUP NUPK RUN NCL series

Automotive Bearings

Automotive bearings are widely used in home appliances, electric tools, fitness equipment, motors, medical devices, motorbikes, textile machines, autos and other areas. Various kinds of automotive bearings are available in our company, such as wheel hub unit bearings, clutch bearings and multi-tough bearings. Automotive bearings can be customized according to your requirements. We can provide small & miniature standard and non-standard ball bearings.

Miniature Bearing

For miniature bearings, single-row deep groove radial ball bearings are the most common type of miniature bearings with a wide range of suitable applications. The raceway grooves on both inner and outer rings have circular arcs of slightly larger radius than that of the balls. In addition to radial loads, axial loads can be applied in either direction. Because of their low torque, they can perform high speed operation with low power loss. Miniature bearings and instrument radial ball bearings are made with very high- level precision, therefore they are generally used in applications where accurate rotational performance and low torque is necessary, and load capacity is a secondary issue.

Radial Spherical Plain Bearings

Radial spherical plain bearings have an inner ring with a sphered convex outside diameter and an outer ring with a correspondingly sphered but concave inside surface. Such design makes them particularly suitable for bearing arrangements where alignment movements between shaft and housing should be accommodated, or where oscillating or recurrent tilting or slewing movements must be feasible at relatively slow sliding speeds.

Needle roller bearings

Needle roller bearings are roller bearings with cylindrical rollers that are small in diameter. In spite of their low cross section, needle roller bearings have a high load carrying capacity and are therefore extremely suitable for bearing arrangements where radial space is limited.

Linear Bearings

Linear bearings are used primarily where something needs to be moved along a straight line with high accuracy. In other words, the object needs to only translate in one direction, and possibly move back to its starting position with high repeatability. The three primary types of linear bearings are ball, crossed-roller, and slide bushing.
