A Portable Expander is a key equipment for large fin tube coil expanding process with desired expander bullet size with correct interference fitting tolerance. Expanding Header it is consist of machine body, cycloid hydraulic pump, transmission gears, rolling gears, flare clamp device and expanding rod and so on.
The expanding process first,Flare Clamp clip or hold the Copper Tube or Aluminum Tube, correct size expanding bullets install on the expanding rod, Hydraulic pump drives the expanding roll forward or backward for coil expanding through transmission gears and rolling gears.
Flare Unit it is consist of the hydraulic cylinder and flexible expanding sleeve.
Hydraulic Cylinder puch taper bar and flexible expanding sleeve to effect flare cooper tube or aluminum tube, which prepare for copper tube or aluminum tube expanding.
Hydraulic Station it is composed with hydraulic tank, hydraulic pump, electromagnetism direction valve, hydraulic motor, overflow valve and other hydraulic accessories. It provides hydraulic power for Expanding Header and Flare Unit.
Column Frame and Balance this part is used for hanging the Expanding Header to allow to move freely up-down and left or right, which guarantee Portable Expander expands smoothly with high efficiency.
